Wodonga, Victoria
Full Time, Ongoing
Ready to turn your work ethic into a rewarding new career?
Are you the person who always goes the extra mile? The one who takes pride in doing things properly, pays attention to the little details and consistently delivers great results?
Perhaps you're currently working in retail, hospitality, customer service or another fast-paced environment. You enjoy your work, you're reliable and committed, but you're ready for something more.
We're offering an exciting opportunity to join our growing Australian business as a Digital Marketing Assistant, with fully funded training, ongoing support and genuine opportunities to develop a career in digital marketing.
About Us
We're a proudly regional based owned business that has experienced significant growth while staying true to our values of exceptional customer service, innovation and teamwork.
With a strong presence across multiple states and ambitious plans for the future, we're investing in great people who want to learn, grow and help shape what's next.
About the Role
As our Digital Marketing Assistant, you'll work closely with our Digital Marketing Manager and wider team to support the delivery of digital marketing activities across the business.
You'll learn how digital campaigns come together, how businesses connect with customers online and how effective marketing contributes to business growth.
This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, consistency, organisation and a willingness to learn are just as important as creativity.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assist with the planning, preparation and delivery of digital marketing campaigns
Support social media promotions, digital content and online marketing activities
Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer communications
Develop practical knowledge of search engine optimisation (SEO) and paid online advertising
Help monitor campaign results and prepare basic performance reports
Check content, information and campaign materials for accuracy, quality and consistency
Coordinate day-to-day marketing tasks and help ensure deadlines are met
Work collaboratively with your Digital Marketing Manager and team to achieve business objectives
Take ownership of your responsibilities and continually build your skills and knowledge.
You won't be expected to know everything on day one. What matters most is your commitment to learning, attention to detail and determination to deliver quality work.
About You
We're looking for attitude, ambition and potential, not necessarily marketing experience.
You're someone who takes pride in being dependable, works hard and enjoys achieving results.
Ideally, you'll bring:
A strong work ethic and a genuine desire to build a long-term career
Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing accurate, high-quality work
Consistent performance and reliability in your current or previous employment
A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Good communication skills and confidence working as part of a team
Strong organisational skills and the ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
Confidence using computers and learning new software and technology
An interest in social media, online marketing and how businesses engage with customers
A willingness to accept feedback, take initiative and continuously improve.
Previous digital marketing experience or formal qualifications are not essential.
