At Baxters Foods Australia, we’re entering an exciting growth phase and we’re looking for a commercially savvy, creatively driven Brand Manager to help shape what’s next.  This is your opportunity to own campaigns, drive new product innovation and work across the full marketing mix in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a true end-to-end marketing role where no two days are the same:

  • Support and lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail media, PR and shopper channels

  • Drive new product development (NPD) from concept to launch using a structured stage-gate process

  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and R&D to bring ideas to life

  • Deliver retail activation excellence, working closely with major grocery customers

  • Analyse performance data and translate insights into smarter, more effective campaigns and products

  • Support brand strategy and innovation pipeline, contributing to long-term growth

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related, with 2+ years’ experience in FMCG brand or trade marketing

  • Hands-on experience with campaign delivery and NPD projects

  • Strong commercial thinking and analytical capability

  • Confident communicator who can influence across teams and stakeholders

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects

  • A proactive, “roll up your sleeves” mindset

  • Exposure to retail media and shopper marketing with experience with retailer scan data (e.g. Circana, Quantium) (highly advantageous)
