At Baxters Foods Australia, we’re entering an exciting growth phase and we’re looking for a commercially savvy, creatively driven Brand Manager to help shape what’s next. This is your opportunity to own campaigns, drive new product innovation and work across the full marketing mix in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
This is a true end-to-end marketing role where no two days are the same:
Support and lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail media, PR and shopper channels
Drive new product development (NPD) from concept to launch using a structured stage-gate process
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and R&D to bring ideas to life
Deliver retail activation excellence, working closely with major grocery customers
Analyse performance data and translate insights into smarter, more effective campaigns and products
Support brand strategy and innovation pipeline, contributing to long-term growth

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related, with 2+ years’ experience in FMCG brand or trade marketing
Hands-on experience with campaign delivery and NPD projects
Strong commercial thinking and analytical capability
Confident communicator who can influence across teams and stakeholders
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects
A proactive, “roll up your sleeves” mindset
Exposure to retail media and shopper marketing with experience with retailer scan data (e.g. Circana, Quantium) (highly advantageous)
